Border Bandit Dry Rub
This rub will add a nice kick when grilling.
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons chili powder
1 Tablespoon garlic salt
1 Tablespoon sweet Hungarian paprika
1 Tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
1 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl. Use right away. If sealed properly and stored in a cool dry place, it will keep for up to three months.
