Venison Sausage Delight

A great recipe with out MSG. Enjoy


Ingredients:

3 lbs deer meat
¼ Cup bacon drippings
1 Cup minced onions
1 Cup chopped parsley
1 Tsp marjoram
¾ Tsp coriander
1 Tsp oregano
1 Tsp cayenne
1 Tsp black pepper
¼ Tsp cumin
salt to taste

Begin by grinding your venison with a coarse blade. Next, add the parsley and onions and mix well. Now add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Regrind the mix then divide into 12 pieces. Patty out each piece to your satisfaction. Broil till brown, check that meat is done by temperature.
